Excercise Improvement Programs

My Surgeon recommends an excercise program given at the Rehabilitation Center of the NE GA hospital complex. Unfortunately, I could not do this because they are not open late enough for me to get there from work. Does anyone know of any such program closer to downtown Atlanta? Maybe at Northside or somewhere near there?
