What do ya'll think?

OK, I have been thinking about this for a few days and have decided to do something about it because it has really made me mad!!! I have been hearing a joke on a radio station in Columbus, GA, called Rooster 106 about how country music singer Gretchen Wilson (Redneck Woman) has donated her jeans (probably a size 2) to be auctioned off at a charity event and how great they they that is and that WYNONA wanted to donate her clothes too but TENTS FOR TOTS isn't happening right now!! Can you believe that they would say something like that about such a beautiful and talented artist just because she is overweight!!!!!! Here is a copy of an email I am sending them: Hi, I am an avid listener to Rooster 106 and have been hearing about gretchen wilson donating her jeans to some charity and how great that is and that wynona wants to donate something but that tents for tots isn't til later..... How low can you go? Wynona is a beautiful and talented artist and how dare you make a comment like that. Do you think that you do not have any overweight listeners out there that this may offend?? You should re-think airing that again. I'm sure you will get more emails regarding this..... Dixie Opelika, Alabama Does this upset anyone but me??? I agree with u too, I live in LaGrange ,GA and i have heard the radio station . I was wondering if u have ever seen BEAR from 106 ??? He is a real big dude himself . I'm not taking their side at all ,, I adore BBW's and can't stand it when us folks of size are picked on . Travis

Hi Dixie I live in Columbus and know Rooster 106 very well. I have not heard this, but I don't like it and they will hear from me too. Thank you for this post because jokes like that are un-call for. Martha
