Oh, My friend don't be discouraged you have accomplished so much you are looking fabulous and feeling better from what you've told me not to mention getting into smaller clothes. Our weight will flux some but you didn't do anything to sabotage what you accomplished and the feelings you are experiencing are normal. Sending ((((((((((HUGS))))))))))) to you and prayers because I truely believe in you and the inspiration that you have provided so many. I am glad you shared with us and I hope that we have been able to offer comfort and support to you. God bless you and yours, Theresa

I am such a worrier on this weight thing. I weigh atleast 3x a day. I DONT WANT emails telling me not to! I know I shouldnt! I sometimes feel that this is it. I wont reach my goal, this is as skinny as I'm gonna be. I get discouraged because I cant eat meat yet well. Then I try something with a little extra Sugar or Carb count and it goes down so easily! Like I am destined to fail. You looked fantastic on Sat. I have you and Phyllis to thank for getting me to try the Propel water flavors tropical and peach. Now I get close to my water goal a day. Think of all the knowledge and advice you have given to all of us that matters. You go through these ups and downs so you then learn and share with us new across the liners. You'll get there, we all will if we support each other. Lynn -53lbs, 30 inches gone forever Tonya - I'm emailing you under seperate cover!!!!!!!!!

Hey Girl! Your body is gonna retain and do some nutty things. MIne does and I haven't had the surgery yet. (please sweet Lord let it happen) Here is something that may seem a bit strange. When I am off from home and out of my usual environment my (how should I say this without making it sound dirty) well, my number two doesn't work like it should. So, your body is just out of whack. And I am sure that it has a lot to do with water retention too. We women have battled that for ages and will continue to do so. Hold your head up! You'll be ok and I bet this time next week, we will all be reading that you lost those five pounds plus some. Take care!

Hi sweetie, I'm so sorry you are feeling this way, but don't let this 5 pounds get you down. I really know what you are going through right now. I went for my monthly weight in and I have gained 8 pounds and I have been doing so good eating and exercising but I'm just going to try harder next month. Regardless if I have this surgery I have got to get this together. So keep your head up and stay strong. I sending you a great big (((((((hug)))))). Tomorrow will be a better day, right. Love ya Shon
