Do you like FREE stuff?????

There is a site that I was told about a few days ago. If you like free stuff check it out. It is called FreeCycle. I ahve alread gotten a 3 piece sectional sofa, rollerblades, a love seat, books, shelves, etc. There are tons on things on here and all you have to do is pick them up. You choose what county and state. And if there isn't one near you, you can start one and get people there doing it. It saves things from going to the dump just because the people don't want them any more. The link is below. I hope you enjoy it. I tried that site but I only rec. a reply once when I answered offers then this lady emailed me to get back to her by 6pm, I was at work til 11:00 pm, by the time I got off work, she already offered it to somebody else. Another thing I get these offers and responses in my email but nothing personal. Just the reply to the general board. do you reply or send e mail or post to the board? I think I have been doing it wrong or something.

Unfortunately the someone else getting it happens. I was given a hot tub by a guy the other day and the day before I was to pick it up he gave it to someone else. I was mad but figured that if it was meant to be I would have gotten it. All the emails you get are what is posted on the board. If you want what they have you click the reply button and then tell them you want it. If you can have it or it is alredy gone, they will send you an email stating so. If you want to post you can either put the board address in and send the offer of what you want to give away. Or you can go on the board and click the post button. I hope this helps. hey, i havent tried that site, i will have to check it out. i go onto volition.com after you click that, go to "stuff ive found" forum. (on the left side, towards the bottom) and go there. i got the tv guide for 1 yr free, lots of samples, lots of magazines, field and stream, glamour, you have to check it daily though, and act fast cause the good ones go fast. just thought id share also jerri

You do have to be there when its offered, sometimes you can get it but generally its first come first served. But people make offeres at all times a day so you can usually find something. I recently got a brita water picther, ice crusher and ended up with some real cute 2 ounce dishes. Probably used for sauses. Perfect for my eating right now. They had bigger ones for icecream for my daughter. She was giving away things left from a yard sale so I also got blinds for my daughters room, rollerblades for a grandson(with pads), clothes for my grandchildren. Alot of times you can just pick up whats left from a garage sale for free, or get rid of your garage sale items without having to pack it up. People usually like the first to pick up get it because so many times people save things for someone that says they will come but then they never do.
