I contacted Dr. Duncan's office to see if all my paperwork had been received. They told me that I needed a medical clearance and a thyroid panel. Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect during a thyroid panel? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
A thyroid panel is just a blood test and a medical clearance is a letter from your PCP that states they medically clear you for surgery and should include the words "medically cleared" in the letter. Good Luck. FYI, if you get a chance read my profile.
