I had my RNY surgery on September 14 and I have lost 19 pounds so far. I know I am a slow loser, but that is okay. At least I am losing instead of gaining. I do not very much energy, but I started water aerobics today and I am tired. When I started this journey I weighed 300 pounds at Dr. Duncan's seminar. Once I saw Dr. Duncan for my intial appointment I weighted 284. Then when I had my surgery I weighed 265. Now today I weight 246. I can not tell you this last time I weighted less than 250 pounds. It is such a great feeling. There are days when I truly miss food, but I can't say that I truly miss this weight I have lost. I have been very blessed with a wonderful supportive husband and my online support group here at Obesity Help. Sheila
