Kelle, there are scales out there I got one off the internet that goes up to 450 pounds, I was 445. I can't remember the web site but I went to yahoo.com and search under scales and found a tanita scale, and that is great on the weight loss I know how it finds I have been there.

If you go to Dr/ S's office to weigh in, they will let you weigh whenever you want...I know some folks that use their scale quite regularly from our support group
