Diddo on feeling like A$$

Hello All, I am not having a very good week. I have a terrible cold that landed me in the ER yesterday. I thought I had strep, but I have sinusitis, bronchitis, and a very sore throat. I have to do a PFT test on tuesday and I have pre-op on Thursday and the only thing I can take is amoxicillin. This really sucks. I am overdosing on Vitamin C and vicks vapor rub and staying very warm, but I just want to crawl in my bed and stay for a week. Unfortunately I am mom, and my house doesn't survive when I am sick. So please wish me well by Tuesday and let's hope there aren't any problems. Holly

Holly, go see Becky's post about cold meds, and see what I wrote about zinc lozenges... I SWEAR by them now...never did until a week before surgery when I started getting sick.... Hope you feel better!!! -Tami
