An OMG WLS Surgery Moment.....

Last night I was laying on the couch watching TV, I reached over to get my drink and as I did I saw a lump on my forearm. My first reaction was that my forearm looked deformed and then I looked again and thought that I had a tumor on my arm or something, so I looked again even closer and touched it then realized that it was MUSCLE! Turns out my forearm muscle was flexed when I picked up the drink. I was like that's pretty darn good! Pretty neat discovery! My excercise is paying off! Woo-hoo!!! Tonya

What a WONDERFUL moment! I love to watch the muscles develop in my body. I've actually become addicted to working out! :Dancing: Go Tonya...she's got muscles...Go Tonya...She's got muscles!
