Broke It!

Thank you *****sponded to my pain post. The nurse said more than likely my body was just readjusting again, but if I had fever or vomiting to come in. I didn't thank God. And she was right. i had been stuck at 180...i had lost down to 180 before the surgery a couple of years ago when i used to walk 6 miles a day and had plateued. My body remembered that and wouldn't let go. And after the pain on Tuesday....as of yesterday evening i weighed in at 179. Yippee!...I have faith the scales will start moving again after 3-4 weeks of nothing. Hope the rest of your week is going well and have a nice weekend! Jamie

That's great, I'm glad you're losing again. I weigh 173 and have all of Oct. Maybe I'll start losing again soon. Judy
