Hi Everyone, a very good friend of mine is having surgery on mon 10/18 at Emory University hospital on Clifton Rd in Atlanta surgeon is Bruce Ramshaw and the surgery is scheduled for 1pm. She doesn't have internet access but her daughter does and I am sure she will get this to her. Her name is Virginia and here is a link to her page.
