Hi Chris, I am pre-op also and I ordered some samples from Vitaladay that way you can try different flavors for $1.99 each. I also bought a large 5 lb box (chocolate) from my doctors office (Dr. Proctor) for $35.00. I'm loving the chocolate from his office the best but they are all alright. I guess the more I drink it the better it taste!!! Deana
