Hello! Everyone! I need some help! I am scheduled to go to the seminar with Dr. Ryland Scott in Rome. First question is, what do you do there? Do I need to take anything, because the office did not tell me. Also, I have my diet history for the past three years ready for BCBS HMO. Can anyone tell me about Dr. Scott and how hard is it for my insurance to approve. I have already talked to them and they said it is covered under my plan. Please, anyone let me know what I need so I can have it ready for them, because I am so tired of not knowing anything except to come to the seminar first. Why do you do the seminar first? Do they just want to see if you are overweight or what? Didn't know please help.
I went to the seminar with Dr. Proctors office and it was to tell about the surgery and their program and also answer any questions people had. At the seminar they also gave out their information packets for you to carry home and fill out to mail back in. I don't know if this is how Dr. Scotts office works or not but it sounds like they may do about the same program. Hope this helps shed some light.
