Info: Bingo hall for Holly's Xmas idea

Not to step on Holly's toes, but I said I would get info on this: I spoke to my mom: They usually rent the hall for 500, my mom said we could have it for 200 (about $3 per person) , and no cleaning deposit as I'm her child =) possibly lower and it will hold atleast 100 people There is a kitchen, and a steam table to keep food warm. There is a PA system, so I could maybe bring my laptop and put some music on near the mic (Music from sirrius.com unless someone has a nice stereo) We could start at 6 pm, and they usually charge 25 an hour after midnight, but she wouldnt charge us, so we can stay as late as we want. The alcoholic drinks are as follows: cokes are .75, but we can bring our own cokes, just not alcohol 1.75 for beer bottles 2.25 for all mixed drinks (she said 99% of all drinks fall under this) 2.75 for margaritas, JD's and drinks like that 3.25 for speacilty drinks where lots of liquor is used like mind racers, zombies, etc There are decent priced hotels nearby for people who want to drink and not drive.. if this is ok with you Holly I can give you her number, if everyone thinks this place will be ok. The days go kind of fast, so I need to let her know something soon so she can block it off. Its in Lake City, near Jonesboro rd and forest parkway by the old krogers.

I know EXACTLY where this is, as it is just around the corner from where my EX-Beep Beep used to live. I spend many a day taking the ex MIL to that Kroger..... Anyhooz....SOUNDS great!!! I'm in! We need to be cognizant of many folks having company Christmas parties as well..I THINK ours is scheduled for December 17th..I think.. I will check when I get into the office Monday... It would also be a neat way to bring gifts for our secret pals...we could set up a table for gifts and just have the name who they are TO...and we can give them out... Thanks for checking on this!! I would just get it there, but I'm not sure if we even have to pay yet or not. I'm going to talk to Holly, since Amy can only come the 11th, maybe no one else has other parties then, as ours is the 17th, and thats such a busy season.
