Breath Smell

I am just over a week out and my breath smells and tastes very bad. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you get rid of the problem? Thanks. Robin

Hi, I think it is just part of the process. Mine did the same thing. Just keep brushing your teeth, using mouth wash or you cna use the Listerine Pocket Packs. Hope this helps. Hugs, Debra

I chew a LOT of Eclipse gum, but have to be VERY cognizant that I don't swallow the gum! -Tami

I have read that being on a low carb diet gives us bad breath. I have discovered Eclipse gum myself and it helps a lot. But now that I'm able to eat more (as well as more variety) my breath hasn't been as bad.
