I would be happy to have a scale! My parents sent me a scale for my birthday. I had asked for it actually. I know it might sound crazy to most to get a scale, but it's been years since I could get one. It weighs up to 440 pounds. I'm not quite there yet, but got 3 pounds to go. I'm not going to become a scale slave I keep telling myself! It's just so emotional to me to even be able to step up on it. Before it was impossible to get my legs together enough to fit on a scale or keep my balance to get on it. I'm going to make it a point to just weigh once a week. I love my new talking scale Amy 615/570/443/Healthy (-172lbs)

Amy, this is really exciting! I used to hate scales because it only reminded me of how heavy I was. Now my scale has become a buddy as it shows me how much smaller I'm getting! I actually keep a weight loss diary and weigh only on Tuesdays of each week and record my weight. Being able to see on paper how well I'm doing provides my best motivation. Keep up the awesome work! Karel
