Good Afternoon Everyone Was just wondering if any of Dr. Procters or Dr. Richards patients can tell me about the pre-op process and what can I expect. Is there some kind of test they give? Thanks in advance. Spice

Hi Spice I went for my consult yesterday, and they gave me a test to take home and answer. Then I have to mail it back to Amy. It says they will review the answers with you at the Pre-op session. Is that the test you are thinking of?

Hey Maureen I guess that is the test. I was just discussing this with a friend of mine whose pre-op is scheduled for November 11 and she mentioned some type of test they give you to take. What kind of test is it? Is it hard? Spice

It was pretty easy, provided you have read through your manual. I completed most of it waiting for the second part of my H-pylori test Questions were about taking vitamins, and excercise, and risks of surgery. All stuff from the manual Let me know if you have any questions

Hi Spice, I used Dr. Richard, but they have completely changed their procedure since the time I went through in February. The only test I took was the psych test. Sorry I can't be of any help. -Tami
