4th month checkup

i went for my 4 month check up last wednesday. His scales always say more than minee....hehe..maybe thats b/c im hardly wearing anything and its early in the morning when i weigh on my scale...but the scale said 186.5...im kindof dissapointed. I started at 240...and by the scale on this site.im like behind. And I seem to be stuck. I wonder if stress will affect your weight loss. I've had some, not alot. Anyways. I hope the weight will start coming off again. I work out alot..but recently been busy with work. So not as much. Hope the rest of you are doing well. Hugggiess Jamie

Stress is a big contributor to anything you want to do and weight loss is number one. If you work out but might be at a plateau, just continue to work out and don't be discouraged and next month you will probably have 10 pounds off. You really don't want to loose the weight too fast. Thanks Mary...I'll keep trying. It's hard though. I teach 12 and 13 year old girls..in music/chorus. I had one push me past my breaking point Friday... up in my face yelling at me..calling me stupid and all she got was 2 days in ISS. This area is really tough. I'm trying not to let it get to me if i can do that, but it really has this past week. Anyways..maybe if i upmy gym time..next week..im too busy this week. Thanks for caring. ME
