Dr. Hart - Preop Anyone???

Hello, Just wondering if there are any of Dr. Hart's patients here tonight?

I am a patient of Dr. Hart. I've documented a good bit of my experience through this journey in my profile if you're interested. Where are you having your pre-op testing done? I had mine done at Emory-Dunwoody, and the guy who did my PFT test gave me a tour of their new bariatric wing. It's really nice. BTW, I'm also a fan of the Geneen Roth books! Hi Carol, I could not go to the Wed nite support group...I went to the North Fulton Bariatric's support group (He does surgery from North Fulton too)...on Tuesday night. This was my VERY FIRST support group meeting and it was great! I'm going to try to go to both next month! I'm so excited to meet others who've experienced WLS and those who are like me...in waiting and wanting!! I hope to get to meet and the other patients that responded soon!

Hi Catherine, I'm pretty sure I'll be having my surgery at North Fulton Regional in Alpharetta...I think they have the bariatric beds and have a new bariatric area. You gave me a good idea to check it out before hand! I'll tell you this much, they are awesome at North Fulton Regional, I've used them for other things and the nurses are great! I did read your profile and there was alot of helpful info there...maybe we will meet at one of his support groups! Thanks and good luck to you!!

Yes. I am right here in Buckhead so I am working until 5:30 and then heading up there. I hope someone from the office will send me directions!! If you are there look for me and say hello. I have on a yellow short sleeved sweater that buttons up the front!! Carol
