anyone have Cigna?

Just wondering if anyone has had to deal with Cigna? They called me last week & they have everything except they need more weight loss history. They need on showing I've been on a diet for at least 6 monthe with monthly weigh-ins. I wonder how hard it is to work around that? I'm so scared i won't get approved before the end of the year. I've already met all my deductibles & have my $ to pay my part. $5,000. Any information will help. Tammy
