Frustrated with the emails...

I am getting so frustrated with this email problem. Can someone plese tell me what is going on? I check the member pages and send out 5 emails to people and then it stops me. Says I can't send over 5. I have to wait. What is teh reason for this an dhow can I get it to stop stopping me? I love to help people an dwelcome them but for some reason I am not allowed.
