I could just cry!!!!

I have been working on WLS since Jan of this year. I was approved on 9/22, now I'm on waiting again. I talk to Dr Smith's office and they said that I would be called for my test date. Okay cool that won't be long I was thinking. I could not sleep early this morning, so I was reading on here.....I came across one member who also has Dr Smith as her dr. I read that it took her almost to months to get her test and surgery date, form the point that I'm at now. So I was scared that mine will be that long....so I called Dr Smith's office today and was told that when ever my name came up they would call. I'm scared that they will change their minds about me have surgery....what if they call and tell me that I'm not fat enought(240)? My mind is thinking all bad thinks that could happen. I hope this makes a little since, I'm just a big bag of worry right now. Thanks for letting me have a place to let it all out. Martha

Hi Martha, I am so sorry you have to wait again. What did they mean by when your name came up? If your insurance approved you already, they won't change there mind unless something drastic happens. (I don't think) Stay as healthy as possible and keep calling the office or go by and see if they will explain what the hold up is. That might work. Just my opinion though. You know how that goes. Thanks......(when my name comes up) They have a list of everyone that has been approved. When you are approved your names goes on the bottom of the list, and when you get to be the top name you then get your test date. I don't mind waiting my turn.....I just want to have an idea of about how many names are above mine. Hopefuly it want be 2 months. Thank again, Martha
