Looking for Phys and Diatition..any advice?

I have submitted all of my paperwork to Dr Champions office and waiting on a call back to get me scheduled with them. I understand that BCBS requires Phy Evaluation and Nutritional Evaluation and that Dr Champions office has this service but they are backed up on paperwork and not sure when I can get in to see them. I don't want to wait and hold up the process so I wanted to go ahead and try to get this done outside of their office. Does anyone have any ideas who to use or where to start? Im in the Woodstock area and would like to stay close to home if possible. Thanks for your help! Ginger

I don't know any doctors in Woodstock but you cna check the link above these messages on Find a Doc. Maybe that would help. Jackie Oleiski (nutrition) and Dr. Ross Grumett (Phy). They are both on BCBS and I paid only for the co-pay on each. Good luck. Patsy
