I was looking at the chat room but no one was there. Is there a certain time when everyone is there or can anyone go any time and just wait for someone to show up? I appreciate all the help.

I've also gone to the chat rooms a time or two only to find no one there. Are the underutilized or is there a specific time and I'm just missing it? Hope someone who knows answers your post.
