Only a day and a half to go!!

My surgery is on Thursday at 7:30 am. I have to report at 6am but will probably be there about 5:30 since that is when my ride will drop me off. Seems weird that I will have no one there with me before surgery except my 16 yr old daughter. All my family is out of town and all of my friends are school bus drivers. I am sure some will visit between routes. Any way I'm sure I will be fine. I guess I am just a little nervous. Thanks for listening. Tina N

Tina, Which hospital will you go to for your surgery? If I could drive I would come to the hospital to sit with your daughter, but I am 7 days Post-op. How long will you be in the hospital? If I can help please let me know. Sheila

I am recovery well. I gained 12 pounds while in the hopsital due to all of the fluids they gave me. I was in the hospital for five days, I had a few small things wrong ( low blood pressure, etc.) I am home now and doing well. I have not been hungery. I can't find a protein drink that I like so I am worried about that. I had mashed potaoes tonight and all went well. My email address is [email protected] if you want to talk.
