Denied by BC/BS...HELP

Hello everyone, I usually come to this board and lurk because I live in Nebraska but my insurance is BC/BS OF GA..and since more of you have the same insurance here...I tend to spend my time reading your threads..lol After waiting three weeks and being told that it was in review everyday, I finally got a rep two days ago that told me that it wasn't in review, that it was sitting in limbo not being worked..so she forwarded it to her supervisor and so forth, I won't bore you to tears with the info, but after two days of someone looking at it they have denied me...and of course, I don't know why yet until I get the letter..but has anyone else had a hard time with BC/BS PPO...thanks in advace for any advice and I feel like I know most of you since I have read most all of your profiles and come here two to three times a day at that least...lol Good luck to everyone and best wishes too... I did not have one moments problem with BC/BS. I was approve in 1.5 hours, And they called me at home to let me know. Good luck!
