The Ball is for Dr. Freeman's patients and here are a few of the details: Bariatric Ball Sheraton in Birmingham October 9, 2004 Black Tie Optional Total A$$et$ will provide our music along with a local musician. Cost per couple is $50.00 Single is $30.00 There will be a block of rooms reserved if interested and the rate is at $93.00. Several people have said that they did not receive their invitation, so if you are a patient of Dr. Freeman's and are interested in attending call 256-236-1300 or 1-800-675-3934.
