Protien??

I know I have seen on this board that some of you use the fuzzy navel protien mix and put it in something other than water . What is it? and where do you order this stuff ? I got a sample at a support meeting today. Thanks, Judy

You can get the Nectar brand protein mix from bariatriceating.com. Fuzzy navel is delicious mixed with Crystal Light, add ice and shake. You don't even have to use a blender. You can make any number of combinations. Hope this helps. -Paige
