I have found a great, but painful diet

I know i needed to lose weight before surgery, but not this way. My DH and I took our 3year old son to play at the "golden arches" we split one of the regular cheeseburgers, thats all she wrote. I have spent the last 2 week with diarrhea and vomiting, part of that in the hospital. No one can say i am full of s*%% any more. my DH only had it for 2 days. I don't recommend this method of weight loss for anyone.
