I mailed off my packet to the surgeon last Thursday...Now I am just waiting for the office to call ! I hope they call this week.. I want to get the ball rolling !
Good for you. Waiting has never been my strong point. I feel for ya. Mine ins was approved within a week, I know I was one of the lucky ones though. So hang in there.

I mailed mine off to Dr. Proctor's office on Aug 10th and they called me on Aug 23rd. One day before I was going to call them. I now have my application review on Sept. 10th. YEAHHHH!!!
Thanks.. Okay , I mailed mine on 8/26... Based on your experience, I should expect a call next week...and an appt by month end... I CANNOT WAIT !!! Good luck to you
