appt. with surgeon, Prayers Please!

Well, today is the day I will see the nurse, nutritionist, and whatever else. Then it is on to the surgeon's office, and the breath test..I haven't been drinking..I don't understand!! I am terrified...please send up prayers for me. I truly want this surgery, but am scared of the complications... My husband is disabled, and the thought of leaving my 12 year old daughter and 13 year old son terrifies me. No, that is not even the word... Thanks everyone! Kathy

Hi Kathy, Don't be terrifed .........all will be ok. Who is your surgeon? Do you have any comorbidities? If you do the surgery will reverse or put them into remission for most cases. If you're like me and have several you'll be extending you lifetime and that's a good thing. Let us know how your day goes. Debbie
