I just received my package (well I got it on friday) for my appeal to bcbs of ga hmo by Dr Duncan's office. Help me with what I need to do now. I have no clue! Anyone that has been through this please help me so I can get this done and sent out asap.

Kim I'm sorry you were denied. Do you know why? Does Joyce at Dr. Duncan's office not help with the appeal? I don't know how to handle an appeal have you tried posting to the main message board to see if you get a bigger response?
