dehydration???

I have not been feeling like myself the last 24 hours...and yeah I have a LOT of personal things going on - but I'm afraid I'm starting to become dehydrated. I thought I was getting enough fluid in - but I'm not sure. Can someone tell me some of the early warning signs of dehydration?

Okay - according to these posts I don't think it's Dehydration.....I've had slight dizziness....but that is the only symptom I've had. I know there are colds going around the schools....and my sister and her kids have all gotten them in the last week. I'm thinking this is what's happeneing so I'm going to go see my PCP on Monday! Diana, I get dizziness sometimes too. I asked my surgeon about this and he said it's our equalibreum (sp?) that is trying to catch up with our bodies. That might be all it is. Amy

I am very glad you posted this. I actually have a couple of the symptoms and wasn't sure what it was... I'm increasing my fluids and eating some sf popsicles!!
