Northside Bariatric ??

Hello, I am new to this board and have noticed a lot of talk about other physicians, but not much about Northside Bariatric or Dr. Macik and Dr. Waits. I am going thru the process to get insurance approval right now and feel very good about my choice of surgeon. I just want to make sure that I did all the research I could and part of that is a posting here soliciting information from other patients. Please, if you have any information, good or bad, please tell me about it.

Hi Michelle, I am scheduled to have surgery 09/23/04 at North Fulton Regional (north of atlanta) with Dr. Macik. I know 3 people who have also had him as a surgeon and were very pleased with his work. They are all doing great. Tina N
