you only take on TSP but it is one of the most horrible experiences your mouth has tasted 
That is some NASTY stuff!.
Actually it made me sick, I lived in the bathroom all afternoon and this morning. Did a fasting glucose test this morning and my levels were at 309!!!! 
I almost had a heart attack!
Called my Dr, he told me to stop everything and he is putting me on insulin
(joy joy). If I can get this stable I will be happy!
No matter what girl, we have to take our medication! I have some samples he gave me, if your Dr says ok, let me know I will send you some.
