What a concept!!!

It happens quite frequently especially when you are so new out. As you move from liquids into pureed the thought is always in the back of your mind "if I stay on liquids I will lose more" but in reality you need the calories for you not to lose lean muscle mass. I did not have to see Rachel since I had done a 6 month with the nutrionist at my endo dr but I made an appointment with her at 7 months out to maximize my continuing loss.
