Psyc evals...help please! Also, medical necessity letters

Hi everyone. Am a bit nervous about the questions. What type of things do they ask? Also, where can I find some approved medical necessity letters? As for the psyc, my sister said, "Oh well, Kathy, it was worth a shot!" Hmm...is she trying to tell me something?? Thanks all!! Oh yeah, my echo and stress test went great today!!

Honey, If they didn't fine ME crazy, YOU will be just FINE! The one I took was a multiple choice test that asks how you would respond to a particular situation. It wasn't bad. I was told I had an issue with authority! I thought that was a HOOT! So...don't take an authoritative tone with me! LOL!! My PCP didn't want me to provide him with a medical necessity letter, he did it himself, and he did a GREAT job. -Tami

You know... Modean has a point. If she ain't crazy... no one is..... HEHEHEHE LOLOL.... My pcp wrote the med necesity letter himself we just sat down and talked about it, as well as the Psych I saw wrote his own letter after asking me questions about my eating habits, and my childhood. (I cried about a dog that died when I was a kid.... Haven't done that since the dog died....) and then he wrote the letter and sent it to Dr. Duncan.
