Hi Harriett! I have been instructed that I should not eat any LONGER than 30 mins.
I was not told I have to take 30 mins to eat my food.
The theory was that any longer than 30 mins and it's as if you are grazing, which is a no no.
Oh my goodnes. It must just be me but I can't even eat 10 minutes (and that's chewing slowly) without feeling stuffed. I had been told to stop eating at 20 minutes if not sooner.
I guess we just all have to figure what's best for each of us individually.
