NEW PIC! -95lbs in under 12 wks!

Hello Everyone, Today I went in to see my surgeon. I haven't seen him since about 5 weeks out and it's now going on 12 weeks. He was totally thrilled with my progress, he made me feel so wonderful. It feels great to have support from your surgeon and to know that he really does want the best for you. I am super happy because I found out also today that Dr. M will be going to India the first of the year, to do WLS for those in need one being on another site I'm on!! I've lost an additional 5 pounds! So that's 95 pounds since surgery! During the whole meeting with him I was sitting in my wheelchair, the appointment ends and he goes down the hall. So I come out walking right past him, the look on his face was priceless, he pointed (grinning ear to ear to Ken) and said out loud "she's walking, she's walking". It made my day even better! Then I decided to take the plunge! I went out shopping for material to make my skirt for my MIL's wedding in October. I thought heck, I want to do something different all together. So I went to get my hair cut. I was torn on cutting it off because I was afraid it would make my face look really round. I think it turned out great, Kenneth was happy :eek: I'm looking forward to the wedding, many people will be there that have not seen me since sometime last year, it's going to be a new Amy with a new look!! There is honestly not one day that goes by I'm not thankful to the support I get here, thank you all. Amy you look wonderful ...And i love the hair cut !!! but ya know iw ould hold off on making the skirt cause i am sure you are going to drop a bunch more weight before Nov... But you can still pick out some material and all ....you go girl ...you are doing GREAT!!!! Congrats!!! You look wonderful. My son wanted me to type... "Congradulations on losing your weight and you look pretty with your new hair cut!". He is 8 and I am having surgery in 2 weeks and we watched the MTV show together and have been following your progress. He is always excited to hear about your progress... As am I....
