Good News, Bad News. . .

The good news is - my visit to the doc was great. The nurse-practioner was pleased with my weight loss so far, and said she could really tell it in my face! They took blood for labs and I should find out in a couple of days. Bad news - the job fair was a JOKE!!! There were only about 10 companies there, and two of them were Avon and Mary Kay looking for salespeople!! Gee, I didn't need to drive all the way to Marietta just for THAT. Sigh. Well, there will be another job fair at the Gwinnett Civic Center this Thursday. Maybe it will be more helpful. Thanks!! Ann in Duluth

It's from 1 pm to 7:30 pm at the Gwinnett Civic Center. I'm not sure what companies will be there, but the PA at the doctor's office said it was listed in the paper Sunday (I don't get the paper delivered). Ann in Duluth
