UGH!!! ONly 5 lbs in 2 weeks!

Okay guys...I need some encouragement. Two weeks ago I was excited because I was already down 65 lbs....well here it is two weeks later and I'm only down 5 more pounds. I know I'm working out like a mad woman (okay - so I turned my addiction from food to working out) but can I be gaining that much muscle mass right now? I do work out 3 nights a week - plus I coach cheerleading 3 nights a week..... (OKAY - yeah I'm not a couch potato!!!) HELP.....I don't want to pleateau yet!!!!

You have really well DeeDee! At some point your bosy has got to slow down and regroup and also it is possible to be gaining that much muscle. You've done great and look great...so stop your whining.LOL just kidding. I can relate though, my weight loss has slowed tremendously. I think my problem is not enough working out and too many carbs. I'm lucky these days if I lose 5 pounds a month(8 months out). Enjoy it while you can!

DeeDee dont worrie at all ...i mean this could just be your bodie balanceing out and all ...i mean you cannt lose 10 pounds evey week !!! that just is not going to happen ...And alos think you are keeping food down now too compaired to before you are are getting or your bodie is thinking your eating more even though your not ...So dont worrie and your not goign to Platu yet ...Just keep working out and doing what you were doing and you will keep on going .....No Worrie !!!!
