Appeal Letter

Help anyone and everyone. I need a jam up awesome appeal letter. Anyone with any good tid bits to share is greatly appreciated. I was turned down because my medically supervised weight loss attempt was more than one year ago.. You have to be on it for 6 months. January the first it is all going to change again so I don't have 6 months before the end of the year to get it done. Thanks.
