Aug 24 WLS in Atlanta, GA?

I live in Valdosta, GA, and am having WLS with Dr. Champion on Aug. 24. I am looking for someone going that way (like from South GA or Florida etc.) that I might be able to "catch" a ride with. Dr. Champion and Emory Dunwoody Hospital will not allow WLS patients to drive home on their own. He also wants us to get out of the car every hour or so to stretch and walk around a little. I will need to be in Atlanta by Sunday (Aug 22nd) so I can be ready for pre-op on Monday 8 am, WLS with Dr. Champion on Tues, 24th, and available to go home on Thursday the 26th. I can stay over in a motel if your schedule is not exact with this one I can possibly also meet you somewhere along I-75 to make this as easy as possible. I will be happy to pay for this ride - just let me know what your plans are and we can "talk" some more!
