Dr. John Angstadt
Hi there - I am familiar with him and he seems like a pretty good surgeon. They just started the bariatrics program in May and I signed up for it, but I had a few cardiac problems and decided it would be best to go to Atlanta to have my wls. I think he is doing about 4 surgeries per week and Memorials' aftercare is wonderful. Thats what I miss. By going to Atlanta I got a surgeon with more experience but the downside is that there is no real aftercare here locally. Best wishes on whatever you decide to do. You may want to consult with some of the patients who have had surgery at Memorial.
