One Week Check Up!!!!!!!!

Saw Dr. Appel today I have lost 23lbs. I counted 10 days and was hopeing to go to the next step and have more than liquers, but not as of yet got to go 2 more weeks. It is hard guys but I am doing it. forgot to tell him about the tender area in calf of my leg. I will jus****ch it and see how it dose. Good luck too all and my God Bless each one Brenda

yeahh you go girl....i had my one week check up yesterday and i lost a total of 24lbs within 2 weeks also...Yeahh.that is wonderful...We are moving right alone..
