Okay here I go again. This surgery has so messed up my tastebuds. Doea anybody know of a liquid vitaim I can take? All this stuff I have I can't chew. Kids vitaims or anything. Is there anything I can mix in juice and if juice plus it the best let me know I'll just have to get money from some where to buy it. All this other stuff is gross.

the messed up taste buds is called Ketosis. It's normal. they will come back - but you do have the right instincts. Get some vitamins. paitence....and honestly WATER will help kick the flavor back in!!!!!!

I take Centrum Liquid Multivitamin. It's available at Wal-Mart for $8.97. It doesn't taste that great, but I can mix it in my juice or Crystal light. Good Luck! Smooches Chandra 297/266/135

I am truly going to have to try that. These chewable stuff is a mess..hahaha i have my tastebuds back but i dont like chewing tghat..hahaha..oh well....hahaha..
