georgia is hell on this fat lady

hi folks, I want to thank everyone below for the wonderful encouragement u all sent. I am so greatful and appreciative. It is so hot out and I almost ran out of gas tryin to get home and NO money. ick I am so blessed to have all of your support and I will continue to work hard at loosing weight for this surgery, Its the only hope I have. l know what you meen it is 99 here in thomson and the heat endex is 104 we just git a very light shower and it has made it hotter. try to stay cool; good luck to you. sarah

PLEASE DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND STAY HYDRATED AND DRINK GATORADE OR PROPEL OR WHATEVER!!!! It is very hot and dehydration is no joke! When it's hot like this, go walk the Mall.

I have learned not to even go out during the day if I don't have to. If I do need to run errands, I do so early in the morning before it gets too awful hot. Of course with the smog being as bad as it is, it really isn't good to go outside anyway. Patti
