Dr. Hart

I have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hart in 3 weeks. What should I expect to happen there?

When I saw Dr Hart (07/03) it started as with any other dr appointment; weight and height are taken by the nurse then I went into the exam room where blood pressure, temp, and pulse are taken. Dr Hart did a brief exam of my abdomen paying attention to my previous surgeries. Then I went into his office for a question and answer session. I gave him all my medical records at this point. We discussed the pros and cons of lap/open surgeries and whether I would be a good candidate for this surgery. I was given the ok to proceed and my next step was to have the psych evaluation done. He was in the process of adding a bariatric coordinator to the staff and I believe she runs a group session and then you meet with the dr individually. Hope this helps!
