wanted to know???????

HEY YALL I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS HOW DOES ONE DRINK WATER I CANT SEEM TO DRINK WATER LIKE I SHOULD..... AND WHEN I HAVE THIS SURGERY WHERE DO I GET THE SHAKES AT?

Wanda, hello and good luck with everything! I have a hard time with water too. I actually bought me a snow cone maker and sugar free syrups just so I can get it in me! Also flavored water seems to help out too. About the shakes. you can get them at different stores or even get the protein powders to make them on your own! Its all up to you! I just tried Isopure and so far out of the 4 I ve tried it tastes the best! Plus you can get it and others off of ebay fairly reasonable compared to what you would at GNC and other places like that! But I wouldnt buy a whole lot until after surgery. Lots of people say that their taste changes after the surgery! Let me know if I can help you in anyway! Take care and God Bless you! Kerri
