Need new PCP

My name is Havi and I had a DS exactly four weeks ago in Mexico. My PCP was very supportive of the surgery, at first. Then when I wouldn't go to Emory, and couldn't afford to have Dr Dennis Smith do the surgery, she lost her enthusiasm. So now I am back, recovering quite well and I find that she has not educated herself much on the unique requirements of the DS patient. So that leaves me in the uncomfortable position of needing to find a new PCP. This PCP should be educated about the DS, or be willing to learn about it now, AND he/she also needs to have experience with diabetes. Does anybody have any recommendation, I live in the Atlanta metro area. All assistance is apprecited a lot. Havi 278/253/128?

I have been with the same PCP for 12 years. She recommended Dr Dunncan with me. But, I went with Dr Hart because of his staff (I LOVE THEM!).
